CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19)                                       (last update June 2021

Effective June 2021, Rakuten Travel Guam has closed its lounge at The Plaza, in Tumon. As tourism resumes, Rakuten Service Counter is being planned to open back up. The place of the new counter will be announced at that time.

Effective March 20, 2020 at 2:30 PM, Rakuten Travel Lounge closes its operation temporary due to Governor Leon Guerrero's Executive Order 2020-04, requesting all non-essential business to close (shut down). We will be monitoring and working from our homes, and will be limited to emails only. To contact us, please email us at info@rakutenguam.com

Once the tourism restarts, we will resume our normal operation. Thank you for your understanding.
